Sign in with Google as a worker, a provider, or both, and add your skills or the work you need done.

Providers post jobs nearby; workers browse and apply to the ones that fit.
Accept & confirm
The provider accepts an applicant, then the worker confirms or declines before the job is locked in.
Work, chat & get paid
Contact details unlock once confirmed. Message safely in-app, then rate each other once the job is done.
Worker confirmation, explained
When a provider accepts an application, the job isn't final yet. Vaaro asks the worker to confirm they're still available before it's locked in.
If the worker declines, the job simply returns to the provider, who can accept a different applicant — protecting both sides from no-shows and mismatched expectations.

Contact unlock
Phone numbers and direct contact details stay private and only unlock once a job is confirmed by both sides.

After every job, workers and providers rate each other, so good work and reliability build a visible track record.

Every job payment and referral bonus lands in your Vaaro wallet, so you always know where you stand.
In-app wallet
New users receive a ₹25 joining bonus. ₹5 is deducted from your wallet for every job you apply to. Your wallet also tracks job-related payments and any escrow held against a confirmed job.
Referral bonuses
Share your invite code with friends. When they sign in and enter it on their profile, they receive a ₹25 referral bonus credit in their wallet (on top of their ₹25 joining bonus). You can invite up to 3 friends.
