These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vaaro mobile app. By creating an account or using Vaaro, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Vaaro. You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Jobs and applications
Providers may post jobs describing the work needed. Workers may apply to jobs that match their skills. Vaaro does not guarantee that any job will be filled or that any application will be accepted.
Provider accept & worker confirmation
After a provider accepts a worker's application, the worker must confirm or decline the job in the app before it is considered final. A job is only locked in once the worker has confirmed; if the worker declines, the provider may accept another applicant.
Wallet, escrow & payment limitations
Vaaro provides an in-app wallet to track job-related payments. New users may receive a joining bonus of ₹25 in their wallet. A fee of ₹5 is deducted from your wallet for each job application you submit. Referral bonuses of ₹25 may apply when eligible users sign up with a valid invite code, subject to program limits. Where escrow is used, funds may be held against a confirmed job and released according to the job's completion terms. Vaaro is not a bank, does not guarantee payment outside of what is processed through the app, and is not responsible for cash or off-app payments arranged directly between users. Refunds and disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting support.
Ratings and reports
After a job is completed, providers and workers may rate each other. You can report abusive behavior, unsafe conditions, or policy violations to our support team, and we may investigate and take action, including suspending accounts.
Prohibited use
- Posting false, misleading, or illegal job listings.
- Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users.
- Attempting to circumvent Vaaro's payment or safety features.
- Using the app for any unlawful purpose.
Limitations & disclaimers
Vaaro facilitates connections between people seeking work and those hiring. We are not a party to the working arrangement between users, do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any job, and to the extent permitted by law, Vaaro is not liable for the conduct of any user or the outcome of any job.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mahabubabad, Telangana, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
